kixtart not installing

Well the title pretty much sums it up and after searching the forums I can't find a topic about this issue with Windows XP. I downloaded the KiX2010.461 file and extracted it. Then go to run Kix32.exe it then asks me if I want to run it and the after hitting run a quick blank command screen comes up and disappears and nothing. I don't see it installed anywhere.

I've tried to make a quick sript and run it using kix32 scripfile and still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

There is no install. Just unzip, fire up a cmd shell, go to the directory and run the kix32.exe scriptname.kix.
