"creating user profile" after login script starts

whenever a windows 9x mechine logs in the loginscript runs smoothly and then there is a windows configuration message "creating user profile", it dosent seem to do anything but still did someone know why this happen's.

I always that that profile was related to IE creating temporary directory and stuff based on the user.
