My client has a list of users (all members of a GROUP) that don't get access to network drives.

Is there a way to KiX lock them out of access to printers?

Sure. You can set permissions on shared printers. If you have two groups, one with people that have access and one with people that do not have access, you can set the permissions using this groups.

Also make sure that they cannot add printers locally (or set IP based access controls on the printers if they support it), otherwise the tech savvy users will just bypass the print server.
