This implies another issue... I'd create a bat file that deletes ALL kix32.exe files from every DC
 Code:
Del \\DC1\netlogon\kix32.exe
repeating the command for all 5 DCs. Then I'd download a fresh copy of Kix32 to your admin workstation and place it on one DC's netlogon folder. Wait a few minutes and verify that it has replicated to all other DCs. If it hasn't, you have a replication issue that needs to be resolved first. If it replicates, create a simple Kix script on your PC, then from a command prompt in the folder where the script exists, run \\DC1\netlogon\kix32 test.kix. Repeat for every DC to insure that there are no problems and Kix32 is valid on all systems.

You should not need to copy files manually to each netlogon folder.
