That is a TrueImage 9 download and is not the same one being offered for free.
It is trying to give you this download which is not correct.

The file is named something like trueimage7.0_s_en

Well since the download link appears to be linked to me I won't post the link, but as Witto says you can download directly from Acronis once you register and logon.
