To start out with, since you're running a 2003 AD you can simplify the login by simply calling the kixtart executable directly instead of using a batch file to call it.

By the way, if your main script is named "kixtart.kix" then you just have to place the executable name in your login script field. The executable will automatically search for the script "kixtart.kix" in the same directory it was launched from.
